Did you know there are actually three
waterfalls that comprise Niagara Falls? The water flows from the Niagara River
and is separated by two islands into the three Falls. The constant flow of
approximately 1,500,000 combined gallons of water per second make Niagara Falls
an amazing and beautiful sight to behold. The massive and continual flow of
water also makes it a great source of power for both the Canadian and American
sides.
