As I've gotten older, I am thankful everyday that I wake up and am still able walk around, have food to eat, be relatively healthy, have a roof over my head, and have a job to go to every day while so many people are out of work. I'm also thankful for my family - that I am not alone now that both of my parents are gone. I am hoping that 2012 will be a better year than 2011 was. I hope it is a good year for you too.
Love all those things. I was also thinking about the "little" things, things we overlook all the time, like a warm bed, a toothbrush, sugar-free chocolate. What would I do without those?

ReplyDeleteToo many to write here. But presently and quickly, off the top o' my head, the following come to mind:
ReplyDeleteQuiet. Calm. Focus. Learning. Opportunities. Healing. Forgiveness. Sharing. Trials. Peace. Relationships. Serenity. Choice.
Thanks for the prompt Dorci!
