It's Friday, y'all, and I'm looking forward to the weekend. I've been trying to see a documentary called Buck for a few weeks now. It's the story of Buck Brannaman, a so-called horse whisperer who lived with a violent father until he and his brother were removed from the home and placed with a foster family. As Buck grew up, he went on to be mentored by horsemen whom he respected and found a level of healing through caring for horses in a humane way. He now tours the country holding workshops for "people who have horse problems and horses who have people problems."
Mini crises keep getting in my way, but this IS the weekend...I hope!
But more importantly, if you have any prayer requests I'd love to lift them up!
