You know, Andrew, I'm not sure. I know there have been "hug" movements all over the world that sprang up from this one, but I'm not sure where it started. It's one of my favorite videos, though. For the first minute or so when I first watched it I was very cynical about what this guy was doing, but then I could tell he was sincere in wanting to just spread a little love around.
Is this filmed in Australia? If so, do you know what city?
